RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Sharz Polynesian Fashion.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Be in the original packaging
• Have all tags attached (if applicable)
• Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase:

• Items must be returned within 30 days
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Change-of-mind returns may be eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Refunds for change of mind are not provided unless required under New Zealand consumer law.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos showing the fault or damage

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
