All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay with your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

New Zealand Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
New Zealand Rural Delivery
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services and location.

• Aramex
• Other national courier providers
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery of your parcel.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

International Shipping
We currently do ship internationally.
If international shipping is available, delivery times and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
